Finding your way Downtown can be frustrating; finding a place to park once you get Downtown can be even more frustrating.  Choose one of the following options below to make your parking experience simple and easy when attending First Baptist Church.  Call the church office at 612.332.3651 if you need more information.

1. Parking is available in our main church lot located north of the church building between 10th and 11th streets just off Hennepin Avenue. There are entrances to the lot on both 10th Street and Hennepin.  Handicapped parking and spaces reserved for our visitors are located directly in front of the church building in the slanted spaces accessible from 11th Street.

    

2. Should the main lot be full, parking is also available in the 11th Street Ramp to the west of the building and accessible from 11th Street only. Ask for a free parking voucher (SUNDAY Worship ONLY) at the Welcome Desk. This ramp is fully automated.  You will need to take your parking ticket with you when you leave your vehicle.  Upon returning to the ramp, follow the instructions on the ticketing machines inside the ramp to redeem your voucher.  The ticket issued upon payment will be used to exit the ramp.  This may sound complicated, but it's easy!  Ask a greeter for more information. Saturday/Sunday event parking in this ramp is $3.

 

3. Parking is also available on Sundays only in the parking lot directly opposite the church on the north side of Hennepin Avenue.  You should not need to pay to use this lot when parking on Sundays during the worship hour.

 

4. Metered parking is available on Harmon Street between 10th and 11th Streets. On Sundays and holidays parking is free, but come early, it fills up quickly.
